Owner

Albert is a Barcelona-trained cabinetmaker with over 30 years of experience in high end millwork shops. When he moved to the United States, he quickly became the lead woodworker for designer Vincent Ashbahian. In 2011, Albert began Pedemonte Woodworking.

Albert is a licensed General Contractor in New York City.

Owner

Daniel left his career as an attorney in 2011 to develop his passion for furniture and custom woodworking under the name Rooted Design & Build. He began working with Albert shortly thereafter, and in 2018 Albert and Daniel officially merged.

Daniel is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor in New York City.

Shop Foreman and Lead Cabinetmaker

Andrew has 20+ years working in cabinetry and production management, with extensive CNC and digital fabrication knowledge. He is our shop foreman and lead fabricator.

Site Foreman

Fabian has worked in construction for over 15 years. As a General Contractor prior to joining our team, he led interior residential renovations. He is our site foreman and acts as a lead installer for millwork projects.

Lead Cabinetmaker

Densford has been a cabinetmaker for 20+ years and leads fabrication and installation of custom millwork projects.

Millwork Drafter

Auburn specializes in Architectural and Engineering CAD with experience drafting for and running CNC mills. She drafts all of our shop drawings for client review and internal fabrication.

Project Manager

Sean has been an architectural millworker for 25+ years, with extensive experience building custom cabinetry, furniture, and art installations. He is focused on project management with an emphasis on client communication.
